ESPRESSO DRINKS
**To make hot beverages, microwave a 1-2 fl. ounces of espresso for approx. 10 seconds and follow the beverage proportions.

Pour espresso over a short rocks glass filled with ice. Top with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and serve.

Using a shaker, combine chocolate sauce, a strip of fresh orange zest (or dash of orange extract), and shake. Add desired dairy/non-dairy and serve!

2 Scoops - Vanilla gelato/ice cream (1.5 in. diameter or 1 large scoop)

This is a virgin version of our "Primadonna". Combine all ingredients in a blender, blending till smooth. Pour in a short glass, garnish with cocoa powder, and serve!

The 1:3 ratio produces a drink that's very faint, where you taste little Cold Roman. The 2:3 ratio is more rich, especially when cold. The 2:3 ratio is much better.

2 oz. - Foam

Pour milk with some excess into a container with a lid. Shake vigorously until frothed. Once frothed, spoon 2 oz. of foam on top of the espresso, followed by 2 oz. of milk.

Combine both ingredients in a glass filled with ice.

Pour coffee over ice and add 1 shot of Cold Roman for a red-eye or 2 shots for a black-eye.
MIXED DRINKS & COCKTAILS
COLD ROMAN SPIKED TONIC
2 oz. - Cold Roman "Classic"
4 oz. - Fever-tree India Tonic
1 oz. - Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 - Lemon wedge squeezed and dropped in
In a short rocks glass add the espresso and gin, followed by the tonic. Squeeze a wedge of lemon, drop in, and enjoy.
CLASSIC WHITE ROMAN
3 oz. - Cold Roman "Classic"
2 oz. - Vanilla vodka
1 oz. - Cream or non-dairy to taste
Combine all ingredients in a short rocks glass of ice and stir. We also like a 2 shot espresso, 1 shot vodka mix, finishing with Oatly Original to taste.
COLD ROMAN AVALANCHE2 oz. - Cold Roman espresso
1 oz. - Vanilla vodka
1 oz. - Bailey's cream liqueur
1 - Large scoop of vanilla ice cream
Add all ingredients to a blender with a few ice cubes (not too many, as they will water down the cocktail) and blend. Prep your glass by drizzling chocolate syrup along the sides. Pour the mixture into the glass, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Serve immediately.

1 oz. - Stoli Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. - Frangellico
1.5 oz. - Cold Roman
1/2 oz. - Half & Half
1/4 oz. - Simple Syrup (Optional)

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain, and enjoy!
