Tasting Notes: A medium bodied with notes of honey comb and white peach.
Story: Initially meant to be a component in my espresso, to add a sweetness and complexity, after sample roasting, realized that it had the ability to stand on its own an do it well.
This is great for a morning coffee. I brew this using a Kalita 102 brewer.
