Tasting Notes: A medium bodied coffee with notes of sugar cane and cherry.
Story: A great coffee with milk chocolaty body and notes of cherry. Most of the coffees I sample from this origin are washed. When I saw a natural process, it peaked my interest. Blind cupped, it stood out as being the superior lot and so I put the Raus stamp on it.
This is solid coffee for the drip or pour over of those looking for a great morning/afternoon coffee.
